SLOW DOWN & ENJOY YOUR FOOD (Eat with your opposite hand)

BUSY BUSY BUSY! We all seem to live busy lives and this is apparent in our eating as well.  Slowing down your eating WILL give your stomach time to tell your brain it’s full a lot sooner than if you shovel food in as quickly as possible.

TRY THIS TIP:   Eat with your opposite hand.  As strange as this sounds, it works.  For all you overeaters out there, or if you are always scarfing down your food way too quickly, slow it down with this technique.  You will become fuller – faster.
