Finishing off the conversation regarding unhealthy sugars such as Sucrose (table sugar), Dextrose (corn sugar) & High Fructose Corn Syrup.

These Sugars Can:

41. Increase your body’s fluid retention.

42. Make your tendons more brittle.

43. Cause headaches, including migraines.

44. Cause hormonal imbalances such as – increasing estrogen in men, exacerbating PMS, and decreasing growth hormone.

45. Cause dizziness.

46. Slow down the ability of your adrenal glands to function.

47. Cause high blood pressure in obese people.

48. Cause gum disease.

49. Worsen the symptoms of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

50.  Compromise the lining of your capillaries.
