SUGAR IS SHIT!
PART 1

The average American/Canadian consumes approximately 2-3 pounds of sugar each week.
-Sucrose (table sugar)
-Dextrose (corn sugar)
-High fructose corn syrup
Found in breads, cereals, cookies, condiments, fast foods, microwavable meals, drinks, juices, ext.

SUGAR CAN:
1. Cause can a rapid rise of adrenaline, hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children.

2. Suppress the immune system & impair your defenses against infectious disease.

3. Produce a significant rise in total cholesterol, triglycerides & bad cholesterol & a decrease in good cholesterol.

4. Upset the mineral relationship in your body, causes chromium & copper deficiencies & interferes with absorption of calcium & magnesium.

5. Feed cancer cells and has been connected with the development of cancer of the breast, ovaries, prostate, rectum, pancreas, biliary tract, lung, gallbladder & stomach.

6. Cause a loss of tissue elasticity & function.

7. Weaken eyesight.

8. Increase fasting levels of glucose and can cause reactive hypoglycemia.

9. Cause premature aging.

10. Cause many problems with the gastrointestinal tract including an acidic digestive tract, indigestion, malabsorption in patients with functional bowel diseases, increased risk of Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis.
