POTION SPRAY

This amazing fruit not only puts out the fire in your “tinkle”, but it will put the fire back in your ginger twinkle! Take it from colorist Kyle White ( whose clients include beauties like Shakira, Naomi Watts and Kate Winslet), he suggests pouring cranberry juice onto your hair and letting it sit for five minutes (longer for intensified effects), then rinse. Red dyes fade quickly because of the size of their color molecule. They can’t penetrate the cuticle as deep as other pigments. Now that’s just what the hair doctor ordered!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

B AND C VALENTINE

Today we celebrate love.  Love comes in all types, shapes, sizes and relationships.

Brandon and I both feel so fortunate to have learned from our parents what true love looks like.  It takes communication, honesty, dedication, patience, support and kindness.

ROCK STAR(CH)

If your hair is limp and lifeless and you are in a bit of a wrinkle with no volumizing spray, reach for your laundry spray starch! Designer Runway hairstylist Eugene Toye of the Rita Hazan Salon in New York,(whose clientele includes sirens like Christy Turlington, Elle Macpherson, and Deborah Messing), says to spray your starch to dry roots, then blow dry. He explains that the starch will build up the texture and will add hold for some major lift. No more “Niagara” falls!

No tricks, gimmicks, special pills, special potions, special equipment. All it takes is desire and will. – Richard Simmons

No one has had more success stories and loss more poundage in the world than my mentor, Richard Simmons. And he did this just by being a supportive, loving motivator. He is the pioneer of movement motivation.

We met for the first time, the other evening, while in attendace of the GMCLA and Trevor Project‘s premier of “It Gets Better” the musical. He called me out on my nervousness while demonstrating by pouring water down the front of his vest and tie! I rarely get star struck… I was elated. What a man!
