Pick Up The Pace!

Walk Faster and you will run faster.

You can learn so much about someone by the way they walk. It’s actually the first physical action I ask someone to perform when I’m personally  fitness programming them.  I can tell if you are tired? In Pain? Slow? Energetic? Walking with Purpose? I’m not the only one analyzing this.  Aid to walk and workout 25% faster will make you feel more confident and put purpose in your movement.  This aids in your workout efficiency, intensity and ultimately your success.  All that said – if you are actually injured, or dealing with a issue that is slowing your walk down then please consult a doctor and don’t judge yourself.  Be open to sharing your obstacles – this will allow people to know you are confident in your journey.
