I’m ready for my close-up Mr. Demille!

Create your own personal commercial.

Write out a 30-60 second speech that highlights your strengths and goals.  Recite this speech out loud or in your head in front of a mirror at home whenever you might feel the need for a self confidence boosting.  At the Gym recite this speech while performing cardio.  This will provide you energy and connect the mind, body and spirit.

    I read a statement from you months ago Craig that went something like “When you feel like you can’t do it any longer that’s just your body lying to your brain.” I have used that thought often since then. As soon as I think I can’t finish I immediately picture my brain laughing and saying “Yes you can.” I have never not gotten through a workout when that gem pops into my head. Thanks Craig, you’re a gem too!

      It’s so rewarding and such a self esteem booster when you push a little bit harder and a little bit faster. That’s the mentality that turns someone into an athlete and helps them become their own personal trainer.
