Coach Craig’s Fitness Tips

A Tricep press-down is a single-joint movement. A more effective way to build your triceps is the close-grip bench press using a EZ curl bar. (EZ reduces wrist strain). Hold the bar slightly above your chest with close grip, palms facing forward. Lower weight and pause, and then press them back up. 1 set warm up medium weight 20 reps, 3-4 more sets GO HEAVY (but safety first please) 10-12 reps.
