CORK-SCREW CURL(ER)S
Quick “wining” about your straight, limp hair! It’s easy to achieve wild swirls with left over corks. Just pull up a section no wider or thicker than that of the topper. Place the bottle stopper half way down the strand. Wrap the end around a couple of times. Then twist to the scalp and secure with a bobby pin. So put a cork in it, for full bodied and robust ringlets!
